you might be well served to do less shading on the neck muscles/collar bones of female characters and make their shoulders a little less square, it'll soften them up but still retain your stylistic anatomy.
or maybe you don't want to, either way works for me. heh
Great detail in the coloring, I love how you pick out details and define shapes that you didn't totally outline in the lineart, such as the 3D structures of the necks and collar bones, and textures of the hair. I like the dark background too, with the different colored shapes behind each character.
